I moved in about a year ago and I'm extremely happy with the place! A cozy fireplace and a deck to sit and sip my coffee in the morning, not to mention a dip in the pool and a quick workout and it's all I was looking for! A bus ride away from shopping at Zona Rosa or Downtown to dine. Its beenn quiet and peaceful and I couldn't be happier. I just signed the lease to stay another year.
Great floorplans. Good space nice neighbors. And the office staff is amazing! Lexi and Carol are great!
It's not a bad place to live. Only complaint is that it looks in need of repair from the outside with the blown shingles. I hope that repair is next.
I absolutely love living here, it's clean, quiet and family friendly. I love my neighbors and management. They take care of all of my concerns quickly, and it is never a struggle to get in touch with them when needed. It's very easy to make rent payments, and the atmosphere is lovely.
I’ve lived here for going on 2 years now and I absolutely love it, if there is a Maintience issue it’s always fixed promptly and when I transitioned to a new job they were more than willing to work with me about my rent being late. Nicole, Lexi, and Carol are all phenomenal and very easy to talk to. The only down side I can think of is that the parking lot over on the 6901-6907 side needs to be bigger. Went to a poolside gathering. Found out the State had just closed this pool a few weeks prior. It was not clean. There is clearly green growth on the walls of the deep end that needs to be scrubbed and addressed. Some of the tiles in the pool are missing. The pump wasn’t running. The chemicals couldn’t have been balance as the water was cloudy. Very displeased. It would be nice if the owners were local. Calls being unanswered.
