The Oaks at Northpoint was recommend as the rehabilitation nursing facility for My Mom after she broke her hip at 95 years on Christmas Eve. The recommendation could not have been better. Every worker and the staff personnel are consummate professionals and know/do their job well. Many did not think Mom would make it but with the help of everyone from the aids, to OT and PT she recovered and was able to come home earlier than expected.
