I don’t even know where to start. One just waste your money here. I’m not one to write reviews but living here was just terrible. We moved in.... we signed the lease.... a month later they lost our lease. All of our information was on that lease. On that lease we wrote everything that was wrong with the apartment when we moved in ( by the way nothing got fixed and now we are being charged for it) the building had a gas leak. I have been a tenant for three years now. I live in a 3 bed 2 bath apartment and when I was looking to rent we were shown a sample apartment and when the time came we were never told that one bedroom was completely useless thanks to not having working heating or cooling and the ceiling leaks as if it is raining every month. They attempt to fix it after ignoring several calls and the issue always happens again. RecommendedMy wife and I have been living here at this location for almost three years now. Over three years, things have changed. A lot. I will admit, at the beginning things were rough. Around 8-9 months ago, Alister gained control of the location. During that time, we have seen a HUGE improvement on the community. They are doing work weekly on different parts to improve the overall community, and it shows. Their maintenance staff is on top of things and responds, even on holidays. location is great, size of apartments are nice, and how dog friendly the community is also nice....but if you're not a fan of flooding if you live at the bottom of any of the hills, MOLD in your AC ducts/vents, mice, roaches, cave crickets, slugs, super, super limited parking, half-ass fix ups of anything and everything, extreme lack of communication between management and tenants, trash being left out of actual trash compactor or put into/next to recycling bin (the smell of trash being left out for days in the sun during th... read more
The trees are beautiful and it is fairly quiet and in a prime location. However depending on your apartment your air vent will be right on top of your balcony window and room window . so it's a pain to hang curtains. if you are having a guest stay over night you have to hold a spot for them there only like 20 25 spots for the whole community and your visitor will get towed . maintenence works hard but there is only one go to guy for the whole complex. I wish there was more parking spaces for visitors .
Love this community! Great apartments in a lovey setting...convenient to everything (66, 495, Tyson's, etc.), but surrounded by trees and far from traffic. Perfect for families with kids and dogs!

This Apartment is worth for money at this location except that the apartment is having only one trash bin for all of us
