Republic Services Garbage Trucks come to collect trash every Monday and Friday morning between 5AM-5.15AM, waking up residences and breaching the city of Charlotte’s noise ordinance of no trash collection before 7AM. Trash is constantly spilling over into the neighborhood.
I have been trying to get in touch with someone for over a week about this property. No one answers the phone or responds to emails.
On a trip from SC and as a part of my errands list in NC, I decided at my discretion to see how the Oaks At Cherry look in person, I was not impressed! The man that answered the buzzer on today confirmed that they are not worth my family and I moving in. The customer service there was just as bad as how they would advertise leasing on the internet and not have any in person! #ontothenext
