They take a long time to do repairs and charge more then they should especially on water my brother who lives their is paying almost $120 for water when he only lives by him self and most of time isnt their. i have a house pay $110 and have 6 people living with me and all the watering my wife does in yard and laundry... they are definitely over charing him. We live in the same area am just 1 block from him.. smh.... would not recommend living here.

Office never open people take long lunches.. takes minimum of 2 weeks to get any maintenance issues resolved phones never answered .would not recommend living here.
