Great living here. Been here since 2018. Take the good with the bad. One concern, there has been an ongoing water leak on the west side of complex. Which might explain why everyone is paying so much for water/sewer/trash. Wish FDC would fix the issue. Apartment just went with a new rent system, and oh man why change what's not broken. Future tenants moving in, pay by check. This new rent cafe system charges fees if your use CC or Debit on top of your rent.

I lived here for two years. Pro's: -Pet friendly -Nice apartments -Good location, close to everything (Costco, Trader Joe's, Target, Walmart, a ton of restaurants) -The maintenance man, Augustin, is very on top of things. Very quick to address any problems you have in your apartment. Cons: -Very expensive with no amenities other than the pool -Shared laundry -Constant water leaks that management won't address. Water shuts off due to leaks 1-2 times a month. Water bill is split among all residents based on how many people liv... read more

Wife and I moved in two years ago. It started with a solid price for a spot and friendly apt manager. As time passed, there were frequent water problems, cycling of apt managers, and increase in rent once your lease finishes. Has potential to be a great community, but the problems listed make it hard to succeed. The one keeping them afloat is the maintenance man, Augustine. He is reliable, respectful, and always working. I don't know what he gets paid, but it's not enough.

I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but I hope this helps others avoid an experience like mine. I looked into a few FDC-managed apartments because they advertise being pet-friendly and working with all types of credit. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been my experience. Communication is incredibly slow, if not completely nonexistent at times. If you pay to hold an apartment, be prepared to wait almost a month for a refund if you’re not approved. Even if you meet the income requirements and expect approval, having a pet seems to... read more

For water and trash ..no dishwasher….no washer and dryer in units and you pay $200 and month is inhumane!!!! They are robbing tenants with that fee and leaks and water shut of is constantly happening!! I’ve been here since June and already been three managers who quit after couple of weeks..that should tell you every you need to kno... read more
