We just got a new manager and she is not good at all. Would not recommend moving here. Rent seems cheap but they charge way too much for utilities. It is crazy how much you have to pay for water, sewer, and trash.
Well frist off management is never their. The water leaks and shutoff are too many to count. Last and not least your refund they make it so confusing on the way they send your deductions and I got my check after the 21 days allowed.
