Well frist off management is never their. The water leaks and shutoff are too many to count. Last and not least your refund they make it so confusing on the way they send your deductions and I got my check after the 21 days allowed.
Great living here. Been here since 2018. Take the good with the bad. One concern, there has been an ongoing water leak on the west side of complex. Which might explain why everyone is paying so much for water/sewer/trash. Wish FDC would fix the issue. Apartment just went with a new rent system, and oh man why change what's not broken. Future tenants moving in, pay by check. This new rent cafe system charges fees if your use CC or Debit on top of your rent.
I lived here for two years. Pro's: -Pet friendly -Nice apartments -Good location, close to everything (Costco, Trader Joe's, Target, Walmart, a ton of restaurants) -The maintenance man, Augustin, is very on top of things. Very quick to address any problems you have in your apartment. Cons: -Very expensive with no amenities other than the pool -Shared laundry -Constant water leaks that management won't address.
