The place is falling apart. There constant water leaks from the roof, the pluming backs up all the time. Too many dogs that defecate and urine all over the stairs, hallways, and sidewalks. I’ve been bitten twice just trying to go to my car. They don’t enforce the parking even after you’ve paid to the extra cost. They continue to raise the rent above market rates and are ran by a private equity company so there no negotiation in price.
Bill is wonderful! He comes to fix things promptly after a service request is submitted. He's friendly and gets the job done.
Fire alarm goes off at random times for no reason and will sometimes go off randomly throughout the nights disrupting sleep.
I just want to give a huge shout-out to the entire leasing office team, Lorrie, Paola, Yoana, and our amazing community manager, Bianca. They’re all fantastic! A special thanks to Yoana, who made my leasing journey smooth and enjoyable, she’s truly a rock star! I also want to recognize the maintenance team William, Juan, and Zachary for their professionalism, timeliness, and excellent service every time. And of course, a big thanks to Jeri, the maintenance manager, for leading such a great and dependable team.
