Does not return calls, lack of communication Maybe they don’t care cause they have a line of people waiting to get in. Very disappointing
I have to give a big thanks to The Oaks! This move was probably one of the most stressful I have been through and Lorrie with The Oaks made it a lot better. She was very communicative, super kind and friendly, checked in with us a lot and made sure we had all we needed to make the process as smooth as possible. The community feels good, nice and warm. I would recommend giving them a try if you are searching for a new place in the area.
Yoanna is the epitome of customer service! Since the beginning stages of getting my apartment, to now. Whenever I need to enter service requests or pest control she is always on top of it. She is always upbeat with a contagious positive attitude all times. Yoanna and the team have been amazing! Shoutout to Bill for always being prompt to repairs and Paola as well for assisting me with concerns.
Bill the maintenance guy is wonderful. Great attitude and caring service!
The maintenance worker Bill who is extremely kind and polite and helpful is the only reason why this place is getting 5 stars.
