Zach from maintenance went above and beyond this past weekend to ensure we had a working washing machine. He made time in between emergency calls to install the new washer. He also replaced the shower/bath valve that was fluctuating between hot and cold and replaced a toilet filler to stop an annoying noise. And he did all of this with a smile on his face! Zach was our maintenance guy and he responded within 24 hours and squeezed us into his schedule. Even though our issues weren't technically emergencies, he fixed everything right away.
Bill from the maintenance team is wonderful! He has come to my home a couple different times to fix some maintenance repairs. He answers requests quickly and always leaves a note of what repairs he did.
Bill has been fantastic. The few times I’ve needed something serviced in my unit he has come to assist very quickly, is always professional, does an amazing job and is such a friendly face to see around. Thank you, Bill!
