It should be a zero rating. The Oaks are a rip off. I can't get my $200.00 back from them. It was supposedly a "Hold Fee" for an apartment. We decided not to rent a unit because our landlord wants us to stay where we are. I've been calling, going up there, asking where's my money. They told me they have to cancel it. It's been past 30 days to cancel. I'm ready to file charges. Update: TENANTS BEWARE Still haven't received money yet.
