Terrible experience, do not rent here; drove to this place to tour twice and was not able to tour the place because it was not ready to see meanwhile I was told to come see the place. They use ai to respond instead of human agents, they will not answer calls and will not call back. I finally got to see the place and it has molds. DO NOT MOVE HERE the leasing agents are unprofessional
Do not rent here they will not call or follow up even after you put in application. You will end up talking to an ai, called several times and no one will answer
Edit: Looks like this a trend for this community based on other similar reviews. My application for residency was denied based on a minor, resolved, nine-year-old fraudulent transaction on a credit report. I was promised the $200 administration fee would be returned within 30 days of the denial notification. It has now been two months, and the fee remains unrefunded. I received a move out statement by email. I replied to the email on the same day that the statement was inaccurate. They never replied to my email. I went to their office to complain. The property manager told me that they would call me back. They never called me. I sent a follow- up email. They never replied to both emails. While I was waiting for their response, they sent me to a debt collector agency. I am being kind that is why I give them 1 star. They deserve minus 5 stars.
