Don’t move here unless you wanna deal with high rent and thousands of different fees and roaches. Rent is about 1300 which for what you’re getting alone is complete bs and with all the fees ends up being about 1700. plus electricity. Get charged a pest fee every month to get rid of pest. I’ve never once seen a pest guy out. and every apartment definitely has bugs and roaches. The staff is terrible and changes every 2 months and this new AI stuff is dumb and not helpful at all. Would give negative stars if i could.
If I could give this property zero stars, I would. Please think very carefully before signing a lease here. The management turnover is constant — it feels like there is a completely new staff every few months — and the office rarely answers calls or follows up when residents need help. If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience at The Oaks has been a complete nightmare from the beginning. Before I even moved in, the first unit I was assigned was infested with roaches. I had to be transferred to another unit just to have a livable space. While they matched the price for the new unit, the problems with management and the property never stopped. I would like to say, the maintenance staff is awesome. Tom is a very nice person that's always willing to help out and just a great person.
The residence are very friendly. The property is fairly big. It's quiet and they offer different types of apartments.
