A friend of mine recently went there with his heel shattered and broken ribs from an accident. The staff cheated him so poorly. He had pus in his wound and the nurse said her shift was ending so he needed to wait for the next nurse. His wife called to talk to him said he was sleeping when he wasn't. He told them he was in pain and the next doctor said he needs to feel pain on top of them slamming his food tray on his foot.

This place is awful, so rude and disrespectful and they treat the clients horrible

My stay at the Oaks was a pleasant surprise. I expected it to be overpopulated, the minimal staff to be overworked and the facility to wreak. But instead, I healed in a facility that didn't smell at all, the nurses were awesome, the CNAs were attentive and helpful and physical and occupational therapists were exceptional. They gave me so much support and encouragement !!! I highly recommend The Oaks.
