Staff is very nice. The girl who did my nails was super sweet and polite but did not meet my expectations. First, I noticed her borrowing tools from multiple other coworkers boxes without cleaning before or after. She also caught my skin with the nail clipper so hard I actually screamed in pain and had to pull my hand away. Also, despite taking her time she had so many mistakes that I was scared to ask her to fix my nails- you can see the photos below. I went to the Oakhouse for the first time today and received a therapeutic massage from Nicholas. The massage was excellent! I’ve been getting massage monthly for years and I can easily say that today I had one of the best. Nicholas is very skilled, he listens to wants and needs and is a terrific communicator. I highly recommend him.
