Had a scheduling snafu. It wasn't even a big deal for real, but they treated it like it was. They bent over backward to make it right. Their website says they value quality customer service and they aren't lying about that. Natasha is incredible. I don't have a ton of hair (much to my dismay) and she somehow manages to get away with a haircut that I love both times I've ever gone to her. 10/10 service, 10/10 stylists, 10/10 atmosphere. Taylor is amazing! Super quick, exactly what I wanted, and super chill vibes and atmosphere. It was so nice getting to just sit down and relax and not feel pressured to talk. Absolutely will be coming back

This is my first review from a few weeks ago. I got a haircut here for the first time with Karen. I was referred by an FB group about the The Oak Avenue Barber. Karen was very nice, professional and attentive. She paid attention to what I was looking for and made sure I left happy with my haircut. I plan to come back soon for another haircut with her.
