Nice clean area grocery store right by the site
Mice infested dirty place to rent from. In the 2 years I've been here management has changed 3 times. Neighbors are disrespectful at best, they literally will go out of the way to inconvenience you every chance they get. If I could afford to move I would so fast.
For the past 4 or 5 years, my partner and I have lived at the Oak apartments and we have seen and dealt with so much. In the first couple years we were happy to be there. The landlord really cared about the residents, he made sure to carry out maintenance requests, rent to neighbors that would get along with the other neighbors, just make living there enjoyable. After the community manager changed, it was great, but then he left too. The next community manager didn't communicate as well but she did her best, after all COVID ... read more
