For the past 4 or 5 years, my partner and I have lived at the Oak apartments and we have seen and dealt with so much. In the first couple years we were happy to be there. The landlord really cared about the residents, he made sure to carry out maintenance requests, rent to neighbors that would get along with the other neighbors, just make living there enjoyable. cosmic call road rage 2105 over the edge
I would give this place negative stars if I could. The place is INFESTED with all kinds of bugs, including BED BUGS & ROACHS. If you absolutely cannot find somewhere else to live, make sure you don’t sign the bedbug addendum & buy some bed bug spray. Otherwise RUN.
The apartment is amazing and has so much character, the neighbors are friendly and the apartment manager Stephan is awesome to work with and wend above and beyond to help us get in super quickly. I’m so glad we picked this building :)
