The valet employees are the worst, they are rude and very disrespectful, my son took my mother to an appointment today and she on 100% oxygen and is unable to walk long distance so my son drove through so he could get close so she didn’t have to struggle and the valet employees started to yell at my son to move and park away from there and to make her walk. This issue needs to be taken care of. My son and mother did not need to be treated this way.
I have tried multiple times in clearing my son's account. He is a cancer patient who is in remission. So, my son applied for financial assistance and turned in everything that was requested. We waited, because apparently it takes 45 days. Well, I decided to call, because we hadn't heard anything. Come to find out, the phone number and the fax number is WRONG on the application form! Barbara was my mammogram technician, she was wonderful. My appointment was late in the day (4:30pm)...I was told the doctor/radiologist were gone for the day. Barbara assured me someone would call me the next day to give me my results. That was last Wednesday...today is Monday. I've left 5 messages. I've checked mychart. I spoke to my referring doctor...and still nothing.
