Recently retained the Nugent Freeland Family team to list an inherited property. Their guidance was invaluable in helping to get an old house ready to show and to sell. End result was several showings within the first few days and an accepted offer within a week, followed by a backup offer. Thankfully the initial offer closed without issue.
