My mother lived in an apartment in Brooksville fl she passed away i cleaned everything out and had apartment cleaned her deposit comes to me in her name so cant cash check so now the say only thing they can do is send to her estate so still cant cash because no estate so I guess there screwing me out of that money
Do Not Move to any of these communities my grandmother has been without heat for almost a MONTH!!!! Every time she ask for an update nobody knows anything SHE IS NOT ON LOW INCOME and she pays full rent!!!! This place give you the run around about everything. No one can tell you anything & connect you to places that you already tried. JESUS I am so, sick of crooked people & companies.
I live in Bradley Place for 4 years going on 5 years. This place increases your rent $50 every year but does nothing for upkeep in this building. The lighting in the parking lot is not there. The office here has ignored the residents complaints. The carpets are filthy from regular use together with dog urine everywhere. No upkeep is done at all.
