We had a very disappointing experience with [Company Name] about a commission payment from a transaction that closed in February 2024. After more than a year of emails and calls, the issue still hasn’t been resolved. Their team rarely responds, and constant staff changes make it hard to communicate. I have had the worse experience with this company. I was a resident at Sinclair apartments. The people in the office ignore your calls. You can’t get a hold of anybody. I turned my keys in. I did everything right as a tenant.I am suppose to be getting my security deposit back but the property manager Ashanti Yarbrough ignores my emails. She doesn’t do her job. If you have section 8 voucher run….run….run…. I lost my voucher on account of these people. If you’re ever behind on rent they will want the full amount making it hard for you to catch up. My vehicle was towed several times from this property as a renter and that’s how I became behind on my rent. Management was not empathetic at all. If you’re a single parent on fixed income DO NOT rent from them. They love evictions.
Great Cleveland office and the employees really care about one another. It's exciting to support such wonderful, hard-working people.
Management often changes. Don’t know why the staff consists of those of inadequacies. It may because of urban development, CMHA. This is not what you want. Lower-class!
