Im in Elevate.. I’m a very clean person but oh my goodness I have never witness so many roaches. I’ve lived here for 2 yrs and this is the first time I have ever witness out break. I called them on Oct 1 thinking they would return my calls or they will say “pest control comes every month”. Never had a phone call back. So I’ve made an order and posted pictures just recently.. The Scott at Medio Creek They give you 1 month to work with you, then they began the eviction process. You are either forced to pay double rent if your rent is not paid by the 25th of the month, or face eviction if you do not have full amount, although next month's rent is not due until the 1st of the month. This company needs to make changes to allow partial payments. They also need to make changes to the parking. Costa Biscaya has had 3 new owners just this year and nothing ever get fixed. I have work orders that still need to be done since February. I've been telling them about a gas leak coming from my water heate for 3 months and still nothing has been done. CPS came and red tagged it. Still asking the office when are the contractors coming out to fix the issue? Still getting the run around. I think I'm just gonna move
