Do not rent at any of their properties. The NRP Group is downright predatory and incompetent. Management and staff are constantly leaving, so good luck speaking with the same person. I moved out of The Arcadians at the end of my lease in December and checked in each month to see if there was any balance owed. NRP has been great to work with!
Very horrible company. I would not recommend living in their properties. This company is horrible with communication. Their management team or corporate offices will not reach back out to. Worst company I have ever dealt with when it comes to a management company. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND THEIR PROPERTIES!!!!!
PROBLEMA #10 ∆ SEÑALES. (( 2024 ))
This management company owes me my deposit from a property they managed in San Antonio, Texas that was called Forest Glen Apartments which were located at 11600 Huebner Road San Antonio, Texas. I left the place in good condition and I left it clean, yet this NRP Management group has given me back my deposit, I moved out about August 2017, I would say to avoid any property this NRP Management Group manages.
