I lived in a 1-bed here for 3.5 years. Maintenance can be little slow but still attentive. I had regular issues with stolen packages (despite using secured pickup mailboxes whenever possible), so be sure not to deliver anything unattended to the lobby. There’s 4 shared washers and 4 dryers in the basement, compatible with credit and debit cards.
