I want to thank Felipe for his intervention in my apartment. I was having problems with my electricity, and since he fixed it, everything has worked without any problems.
I have been living here for a month and have already had to request to get my apartment fumigated by professionals twice. There are cockroaches here, and it's an issue on my entire floor plus in the basement where the laundry room and other apartments are located. (Could be elsewhere too, just saying what I know.) While the building claims to be non-smoking, the place reeks of cigarettes and what I hope is dog piss. Packages get stolen pretty frequently too despite the LuxerOne lockers outside the building.
