Beautiful atmosphere + great service +delicious food = a great dining experience.
Did we just get an off day? Service was horrible. Had to ask a bus boy about refills.
After a long time and much curiosity, I purchased a Groupon and used it at Novel Café this afternoon. Wow, I'm so glad that I did! The food was delicious and elegantly presented and the décor and atmosphere in the restaurant were lovely. Nice for lunch with friends and would also be a great place to sit at the bar and have a drink and something to nosh and watch whatever is on the big screen.
