Tod and Joyce’s personality assessment is for the birds - literally, since each of us on the team learned what personality types, and representative birds, we are: Eagles, Owls, Doves, and/or Peacocks. This was the most helpful personality assessment I’ve ever undertaken. Why? What a delight it was to work with Tod and Joyce this year. It was great to dive into "The Birds" as a team and learn about each other's personalities in details, and learn how best to communicate based on those key characteristics.
