It's been a while since I've actually been here, I originally lived here from 2010-2018 but I was a kid back then but from what I know my parents never really had any issues with Management and staff back then. I am unsure if its the same management and staff as it was when I had left (and it was the same two people for the 8 years I lived there) but when we were living there they were very helpful and understanding in any situation we needed help with. Estate manager Mr. Nurul Islam is very helpful and efficient. He answered all my questions very patiently.
Our experience living here was extremely disappointing. The management was terrible, and the maintenance of the property was practically non-existent. The laundry dryer was out of order on more than 10 occasions since we moved in five months ago, and there was no notice displayed to inform residents about the issue. It was a nightmare living in this place, and we ultimately decided to move out asap. We strongly discourage anyone from choosing to live here.
