I brought my Pivot in a month or so ago to get the suspension rebuilt. Sawyer noticed issues with the carbon frame and consulted me on warrenty Information, contacted the company, helped me price out a full replacement and rebuilt, and gave me other options to explore. I decided to put my money twords a new bike, and the best deal was still through The Notch Cyclery. I felt taken care of and couldn't be more happy with giving them my business. If you need anything bike related The Notch is the spot!

Excellent, friendly service and a cool shop with most everything you need for biking adventures. Brought my bike here with a broken spoke and didn't know what to expect for a wait time, but they took care of it in 20 min! Along with my very worn down rear brake pad. Stoked to have come to this store and these kind people. Thanks again!
Owner took my hubby mtn biking to what is his favorite New Hampshire spot now. Also sold him the coolest The Notch jersey. Easy location with nearby amazing trails.
The bike techs are simply the best. Sawyer was super communicative and took care of my bike like it's his own. This is the place to go if you want your bike to ride like it should!
