I had a last minute notary to be signed, I called every office/business and they all told me they were not doing any notary and one place gave me a quote of over $180 for one document. For $80, which I paid for Cesar’s service was well worth it. As soon as I txted him an address to meet at he was there fast and was very kind. 100% Recommend.

It was very easy to reach Cesar.Navarro. He picked up the phone on the first ring, and was very communicative, sending me multiple update texts a day. I needed someone to provide notary services for an inmate’s signature at Lynwood Jail. Cesar was able to obtain a signature within less than 48 hours.
