Presley did an excellent job with my boy, Jarvis. He hadn’t been groomed professionally since puppyhood so I was a bit nervous. Presley was patient, thorough, and kind with him. I was very pleased with the level of communication and how handsome my boy looked after! As a dog trainer myself, it’s hard to find people I trust with my dogs. I highly recommend Presley if you’re looking for a care-informed groomer with your dog’s best interests at heart!
If you have a Great Pyrenees or breed with an undercoat, you need to make an appointment. We came out of necessity for my outside Pyr who suffers summer allergies and needed a good bath and trim to keep his skin clean. Excellent job! Removed mats around the nether regions I just couldn't manage. Then, we brought our super furry female Pyr and WOW! did they give her relief for the summer while keeping her protective coat intact. The staff at HipPups takes great care of our pup, Poppy Sue! They always make us feel like they love to work with her and they try to groom her as requested. Just like with a salon for myself, the best results come when a relationship is maintained and communication with the stylist is open and kind. Best grooming experience ever! From the minute we walked in, we where greeted and taken care off. Natalie was wonderful, I absolutely loved the service and best part of it all they gave my corgi the famous “Corgi Butt”! Love it and definitely coming back!
The complained about my 1 year old mini poodle because he isn't completely used to the grooming process and I'm guessing the just got annoyed with him and didn't bother to brush him out and they just buzzed him all over and left him looking like a little naked rat. I'm very upset with the condescending way the groomer talked to me and how she left my dog looking after paying $120.00 for a 30 min job. Never taking my dog here again, and you should definitely find somewhere else too if you want a quality job.
