I previously gave a negative review for Northwoods Insurance, but want to change it to a good review. After a mixup with me accidentally deleting an email from Lindsey who did give me better quotes for auto and renters insurance. Ryan called me and within 24 hours I got the better price. I have been with this company for many years and they are good. I appreciate how quickly this was resolved.
When I called before my auto renewal to try to get better price the girl from the Geneva office never called me back. Never had such bad service from this company.
Horrible experience. I do NOT recvommend The insurance agent I dealt with did not add my pool to the insurance (thankfully I caught that on the paperwork). After I signed the paperwork I received over 10 contracts to sign (which I didn’t). They were also sending someone out to survey my property (message stated I will not need a interior inspection and I did not need to be home) but apparently they did need entry and the agent told them I refused entry to my home.
