Extremely poor service. It's like a fast food outlet, yet it's a Gp. Receptionist has zero 0 customer service skills and a horrid attitude to match. Actual cash train Gp. Avoid this place and find a Gp that actually takes the time to diagnose and remedy. Will never recommend and will never return.
I have left this clinic. I was seeing Dr Goyal. Totally Unprofessional, does NOT Listen. She is only in it for the Money !! I went overtime & she actually said to me, " I'm NOT being paid for this," DISGUSTING She wrote on my Care Plan that I was a bully when I had been subjected to such, & when I explained this to her refused to change it. I then saw the Practice Manager who was great & changed it for me. If she can't listen & is exceptionally RUDE to her patients then she Should NOT be a doctor.
