Had my first appointment at the Northern Foot Clinic today for a diabetes check on my feet. I was happy with the way Janice explained what she was doing and why. It didn't hurt when Janice cut and filed my thick toe nails. Janice gave me information about caring for my feet. I left feeling confident to make future appointments with Janice.
Not sure what Iona’s problem was with me. Perhaps because I just needed my toenails done? A very uncomfortable session. No compassion or understanding. Second visit, I won’t be back.
Iona has been great in the treatment & rehabilitation of my focal planter fasciitis & sesamoiditis. Reception has also been welcoming every visit. I highly recommend anyone with a foot injury to pay the northern foot clinic a visit first before going to any other businesses.
Sean is very helpful, understanding and patiently explained all options, answering all my questions. Highly recommend.
