At first I really liked these fellows. Very nice people, but they were unable to provide me with working replacement keys for either of my vehicles. I don't blame them for that, they tried several times. However, I HAD to go to the dealers (KIA and Subaru). Unfortunately I paid them in advance. After three letters they have refused to return my money. I'm about to file suit to recover my deposit. I really don't like to have to do that, but they won't return my deposit and have not responded to any of my letters.

I didn’t catch their names but 2 gentlemen helped out my husband & I. I locked the keys in my car and they unlocked the car tonight at the Mobil gas station at Western/Diversey. I wanted to send a shout out and say “THANK YOU” for being good samaritans to us this evening! We are deeply grateful!
I bought a replacement key/fob online and The North Side cut the key and programmed the fob for about 60% less than other places I received quotes from. Fast service and friendly staff, what else would you need?
Lost my keys, my friend referred and they did a great job! It was fast and the most affordable price I had received. Plus the staff was so nice and friendly. Can't beat that.
Went there to replace my battery and the remote back was in and out unless then 5 mins
