I have been a member of this gym since May 2000. I spend a lot of time here, and I am very happy with the facility and current owners. This is a friendly, old-fashioned gym with nice people and friendly staff. I actually look forward to coming here 4-5 days a week because it is the one place I can de-stress and relax. I highly recommend this gym, especially for those over 40 who want a peaceful place to work out.
Do not become a member of this gym! I was a member for 20 years and and a new owner took over in the past couple years. I had automatic payment set up so every month they pulled money from my debit account. Suddenly, they stopped charging my account for 3 months (I wasn't at the gym often during this time) and then started charging it again and tried to charge me $100 in late fees!
