Joe was amazing helping me sell my mom's home. He met with me within 3 days that I contacted him. Joe quickly responded to texts and voice messages. When my mom's health declined overnight, he and Jean were proactive in moving up settlement. They were in contant contact with me regarding her health and if they could do anything for me. Without their diligence, care, and responsiveness, I wouldn't have closed in time. Not to mention, we had a contract within 36 hours of listing my mom's home.
