Went in this past weekend to get some new nicer golf shorts for myself. There was an associate/manager by the name of Brooklyn who offered many different clothing options to me. It was fine until she started oversharing details about her life and became pushy. Made me feel super pressured to buy a bunch of stuff I don’t need. Just thinking about my experience doesn’t make me want to go back. Too bad though, shop seemed cool but staff is NOT thumbs down
Great selection of men’s clothing. Tons of very nice, high quality choices for casual wear. But it was even better service. The woman I was working with, Lainey, was extremely helpful in providing me options as well as feedback / patience on the many shirts I tried on there. She was super knowledgeable about different trends and fabric - almost like a stylist which was a benefit these days to see that type of help. Will be returning again for more clothing here.
Really fun retail experience! The crew in today with Annie on April 4th was awesome. Bought a couple of new shirts before a trip!
While online shopping is convenient, there's something special that happens when you walk into a retail location of The Normal Brand. A huge shout out to Annie D. + Ella W. at the Indy store for creating a "wow" customer experience today.
