You call yourself a crisis center. That’s great as long as your crisis can wait three weeks. Three times I come to you for help. THREE TIMES. This time you cost me an ambulance ride to go three blocks from my house, an ER visit to be turned away after not even seeing a Doctor. I will make sure every person I talk to knows what a joke your organization is—/especially if my son who you couldn’t help is hurt in any way I will make it my personal mission to tell everyone what happened and who DIDNT act
What a horrible facility. This place doesn’t care about your mental health at all. Jumping through hoops just to get meds, terrible counselors that have absolutely no empathy, and NO communication between staff whatsoever. It’s like this place WANTS me to kill myself. Horrible horrible horrible.

This so called non profit is a joke. It’s a sad joke.
It's pretty hard to get your mental health under control when either your prescriber or counselor are constantly canceling your appointments last minute. We all can't come in when it's convenient for YOU. Some of us have jobs.
Recommendednord center has helped me with me getting a apartment and security deposit ty nord plus they helped me with my mental health ty so much
Had them come out to assess my brother september 4th. They said he was fine...he clearly was not fine. The next day we had to call police to take him to the hospital because he became violent. They were told his meds were not working. So it took 2 psycotic events at aa meetings, a violent event at home and him attacking a nurse and security gard at Uh to get him help. they released him last thursday and he never came home. getting in contact with my case manager is hopless when i really need her and its like pulling teeth to get help with any of my problems.
RecommendedThe Nord center help me with my housing gave and apartment they pay for it. Light bill also take me to pantry also with clothes, furniture. They are very helpful.
