Terrible landlord.
Dont rent here.. terrible place, when you leave the owner charges you what was already damaged to not return the deposit..
I lived here from 2014 to 2016. The landlord is super strict on what is included in the lease agreement, but she wasn't a bad landlord. My water heater went out one night, and it was fixed immediately the next day. The maintenance woman and man were both always there and helpful. They were always nice to my son and made a point to say hello. I didn't even have to change my own a/c filter. It's very quiet and not a lot of noise. Also, it's $500 for a 2 bedroom apartment.
