I moved out of this property over three years ago, and yet management had the audacity to send a pet cleaning fee to collections — for a dog that is a documented Emotional Support Animal (ESA). This isn’t just a minor mistake; it is illegal and discriminatory against a disabled veteran, and shows a complete disregard for federal law under the ADA and FHA. I can ride my bike to the Beach everyday, lots of local businesses. Neighbors are nice. They are finally wrapping up last part of construction, maintenance team is the best, Matthew is a ray of sunshine and keeps this place in tip top shape. great place to live!
Love living here, The team is always helpful and smiling. Construction is almost done, and team has been great and understanding along the way. Excited for the events, New Years Event was a blast. Thanks Nolen Team!
