I would advise against relocating to this establishment due to the considerable inconvenience and frustration it may cause. Regrettably, the management has consistently failed to meet my expectations, lacking transparency and demonstrating disorganization in their billing practices, to the extent that they are unable to provide a clear explanation to residents. Been here for a year and a half. These are not luxury apartments. Trash pick up is always an issue, gates never close, pest control rarely comes. Construction hasn’t finished, word is that NM residential can not afford to pay vendors. Hallways are always dirty and apparently everyone is allowed to smoke pot. I get migraines from walking to my Apt with that smell. There is a police officer on property that gets free rent and he does NOTHING. The gym is just ok. The pool is nice. Just an update on my prior 5 star review on this complex (below). I left almost 5 months ago & have been attempting to collect my security deposit refund since I received my move out statement. There seemed to be some confusion by Angela & Accounting and I quickly cleared that up once Angela gave me a call to clarify months ago. (I had lived in a different apartment prior to the apartment Im due my security deposit on, and received my refund on that first apartment , but not the second). 2 good things a bout this location: 1.) Maintenance is incredible. They have responded to every request within a day or 2 (Usually same day unless it's the weekend). 2.) The location is so beautiful and convenient. Love walking to downtown clearwater, or The Sound for concerts/events. HOWEVER- I could go on and on and on with the negatives. For starters, my base rent is $1680, and every single month I pay a minimum of $2,000 to live here. Then I still have to pay my Duke electric bill separately (usually another $100).
