2 good things a bout this location: 1.) Maintenance is incredible. They have responded to every request within a day or 2 (Usually same day unless it's the weekend). 2.) The location is so beautiful and convenient. Love walking to downtown clearwater, or The Sound for concerts/events. HOWEVER- I could go on and on and on with the negatives. For starters, my base rent is $1680, and every single month I pay a minimum of $2,000 to live here. Then I still have to pay my Duke electric bill separately (usually another $100). I have moved from Nolen now a couple months and I will say it was good but shame on the manager Angela Hall. She is rude person and not helpful a lot of us resident feel this way! Maintenance team is great and the young man in the office Colin always helped. It seemed like he should be manager instead

I’ve lived at The Nolen for just over a year, and I can confidently say I’ve never felt more misled or disregarded as a tenant by any apartment complex than I have here. This is far from "luxury".
