The Nixon Group (The Orange Realtor) listed my house and it sold in one day! They are an excellent Real Estate Husband and Wife team and their office team is amazing. Amy and Tim when up and beyond in making my listing and selling my home easy and stress free! Very knowledgeable and always willing to listen and help you with your questions. Five star rating isn’t high enough in my opinion, they are a 10++ real estate company!! I would recommend The Nixon’s to anyone!

Tim and Amy are exceptional realtors and human beings! We bought and sold a home with them and so got to experience both sides of being customers. When we sold our home, we were out of town and needed help selling a truck and they took calls and met with potential buyers and handled everything for us! Just purchased a home through the Nixon Realty Group. We looked at a lot of homes over many months before finding one to purchase, and the Nixon Group was with us each step of the way. Not only that, but since purchasing the home, the Nixon's have been a tremendous resource for finding reputable tradesmen when needed (i.e.- electricians, plumbers, landscapers, etc.). We recommend choosing the Nixon Group if you are buying or selling. You won't find a better realtor in the Sun City area.
