Received a quote 2 weeks ago from an agent that has since quit. I was passed to another agent who was less than helpful. She sighed, groaned and acted put out when I asked for assistance. I ended the call immediately. Needless to say, they will not be getting my business.
Complete lack of phone etiquette and manners. I can only hope this is not the service they provide their patrons.
