Bought and living in this building for the last 2 years. It is a very clean and pet friendly building. We had one of our old dogs pass and everyone in the building was supportive of the situation we were in. The location is very nice and will get nicer and nicer over the next 10 years. Great place to invest and live.
My husband and me had an investment condo at this loft building. We sold our unit and it was a good investment for us. Property management and security staff have always been a pleasure to correspond with and they have been incredibly helpful. The location is accessible to Leslieville, Riverdale and it is easy to get to downtown. Our tenants loved living here also.
