If you love and respect yourself, DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS BUILDING. I don't even know where to start. I will start with the building. The windows have leaks, so in wintertime, it is freezing. They say heat is included, but the heat doesn't work (bills doubles) if you use a heater. This place is INFESTED WITH COCKROACHES. Nothing gets rid of them. The hood vent works but not connected, creating moisture. The water smells so bad when you're brushing your teeth or doing laundry it makes you want to gag. Water damage came through ... read more

I’ve been living here for almost 6 months and it’s been a really good experience so far. The unit is clean and comfortable and the building is quiet and well kept. The property manager is on site during the week and is super easy to talk to and receptive to feedback. Every month or so, their is themed events planned where you can go down to the lobby and grab a treat or enter to win a gift card which I think is pretty cool It’s also a pet friendly building so you’ll see a lot of adorable dogs around, it adds a fun and friend... read more
Waste of time to go look at this place. Is there not any security in site and if they had good someone security they wouldn’t have a drug user in the laundry room for who knows how long. Then th w random people wanna get mad at me ? They let dogs anywhere when I did my walk through and saw the druggie with idk if even a woman who lives there with a LONG HAIRED shedding dog.
