If this is up it means the situation has still not been resolved: We lived in this building for 2 years, always paid rent on time, and never had any issues until bed bugs and cockroaches started spreading through neighbouring units and eventually into ours. I immediately informed management after waking up covered in bites and even provided medical notes stating the apartment was not safe to live in. This has genuinely been one of the most stressful and mentally exhausting experiences I have ever gone through, and I strongly advise anyone considering renting from this management company to think carefully before doing so. We lived in this building for 2 years, always paid rent on time, caused no issues, and never once had problems with bed bugs or cockroaches before this situation.
