The Nines, I will have to say was ok and accommodating. The prices I'll say is high but what isn't in Canada, Edmonton and especially downtown. The building is old but sturdy compared to these new buildings that are cheap wood, steel and glass. Some people say the car park is no good, please stop complaining, the homeless is everywhere, it's a part of life. I have lived here for nearly a year and have nothing but great things to say. It’s always constantly being cleaned… the grounds are kept very clean.. when I’ve had anything go wrong in my apartment they’ve fixed it ASAP. I also feel safe here. Great area. Great staff. Highly recommend.
Terrible place to live! Do not believe in the fake reviews, the building manager was so rude and I never got my deposit back. Cockroach and mice infestation, be careful
