Fahad is awesome.
My experience with Fahad has been excellent. He is responsive, reliable, and proactive in handling all Tenant requests and concerns. Communication is always clear and timely, and he goes the extra mile to ensure the property is well maintained and tenants feel supported. I highly recommend their services.
Fahad is awesome. But I am not pleased with the rent increase from management despite being told otherwise when I asked prior to signing the lease only one year ago. So greedy when they know very well how many of us families are drowning in debt and struggling to afford housing, food, and healthcare. Do better, Capreit.
Fahad is the best manager in the area, and The Nines the best building with good price/value ratio and excellent spaces.
Facade is awesome at what he does. Showing the place to me was absolutely fantastic. So far everything is good living here.
