Facade is good at what he does. I wouldn't recommend living in thus building. Your bedroom will smell like weed and cigarette smoke. Plus rents are high considering you don't have a balcony. Better places for the same price or cheaper with a balcony. Lack of hot water is a daily problem and problems don't get fixed. They delay every problem. DON'T LIVE HERE. Management is not reliable
If you love and respect yourself, DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS BUILDING. I don't even know where to start. I will start with the building. The windows have leaks, so in wintertime, it is freezing. They say heat is included, but the heat doesn't work (bills doubles) if you use a heater. This place is INFESTED WITH COCKROACHES. Nothing gets rid of them. I highly recommend this apartment. It is clean, safe, and quiet, with a comfortable living space and a good location. The environment is peaceful, and the building is well maintained.😍 Fahad is very attentive, helpful, and always ready to assist with any procedures. Thanks to him, our move-in process was easy and smooth.
