The Nimick Team is amazing. They are all pleasant to work with. Dave is an excellent resource for anyone who is Selling or buying a home in the Chicago area. He spends a lot of time doing tedious market research for each of his listings. You won’t find anyone more dedicated to “moving you forward” than the Nimick Team. When it came time for me to sell our Lincoln Park home it was extremely important to get professional assistance. I needed somebody who was knowledgeable about not only the “Chicago market”, but also all the things that really impacted coming up with an accurate price for our condo. I can't say enough good things about working with Dave. Buying a house is stressful business, even more so when its your first time doing so.
