The new management is horrible. They have no people skills and prefer to text everything as if people are robots. The previous property manager was amazing, personable and actually cared about dealing with people like humans. Beware of yearly increases as no one here explains what's changing and they send you the automated lease to renew with 10-14% hikes, especially as the building is coming out of rent stabilization. The Nicole truly offers a curated experience for their clients. If you have the pleasure of working with Sasha, consider yourself lucky! Not only did she schedule a tour outside of her schedule, she also answered a slew of questions, and provided us with a clear outline of how to proceed/what to anticipate. This was the most seamless rental experience I have ever encountered. Sasha was patient, kind, and extremely knowledgeable throughout the process. We are so thankful for Sasha and our new home!
