I lived here for nearly four years, and unfortunately, my experience declined over time. Rent increased by nearly $200 multiple times, with management attributing the increases to market rates. For what you’re paying, I don’t feel the property offers a luxury experience. The pool was often dirty, the garage door frequently broke, and guest parking was extremely limited for a 26-floor building. Parking also cost around $150/month. I’ve lived here for three years, and the air conditioning has never worked consistently. Every summer it’s the same issue: the building gets excessively hot, maintenance provides portable AC units, and the underlying problem is never truly resolved. There are a lot of things I genuinely like about this building, which is why this review is disappointing to write. As a guest of a close friend who lives at the property, I was thoroughly impressed by the service offered at the front desk. I believe the staff member’s name is Chao. Upon walking in, I was immediately acknowledged with a warm smile and greeting. He noticed it was taking a bit longer for my friend to come down and meet me in the lobby, so he went above and beyond by contacting my friend (the resident) and personally escorting me to the elevator. I’ve been here for 2 weeks and absolutely love the apartment and staff! I moved in from out of state and Jalale was amazing, she took soo many videos so that I could see the apartment and all the facilities. Steve the community director is also great, he gave me my tour when I arrived. He was super helpful and Chao from the front desk was nice enough to help me bring some of my stuff upstairs and always says Hello when I pass by the front desk.
