I’ve lived here for three years, and the air conditioning has never worked consistently. As a guest of a close friend who lives at the property, I was thoroughly impressed by the service offered at the front desk. I believe the staff member’s name is Chao. Upon walking in, I was immediately acknowledged with a warm smile and greeting. He noticed it was taking a bit longer for my friend to come down and meet me in the lobby, so he went above and beyond by contacting my friend (the resident) and personally escorting me to the elevator. I’ve been here for 2 weeks and absolutely love the apartment and staff! I moved in from out of state and Jalale was amazing, she took soo many videos so that I could see the apartment and all the facilities. Steve the community director is also great, he gave me my tour when I arrived. He was super helpful and Chao from the front desk was nice enough to help me bring some of my stuff upstairs and always says Hello when I pass by the front desk. My biggest beef with Nic on 5th is the new carpet in the elevator - it's an unfortunate light color that shows dirt. :) Aside from that aesthetic faux pas, we love living here. This place has a certain friendly, relaxed vibe that was evident the first time we toured. Management, maintenance, and front desk staff are all responsive and super nice.
