The new management for this place is abysmal. They’ve completely ruined the experience living at this location and we will not be renewing our lease moving forward. The elevators are always broke, they always have an excuse and no solutions. This is no longer a luxury experience but a nightmare.
I’ve lived at Nic on Fifth for multiple years, and while the building and location are great, the management’s handling of maintenance—especially air conditioning issues—has been deeply disappointing. Our AC has never worked properly in that time. I’ve submitted over 15 maintenance requests and sent multiple respectful emails to management, yet the problem is never resolved. NIC on fifth is an impressive complex, with a warm crew working very hard to make this a wonderful community. Thanks to Jalale and Susan for making the move very convenient. Besides: 1. Great location + good skyway connection 2. Good 6th floor recreation area (pool, gym, etc.) 3. Easy portal use and maintenance request, very responsive
Absolutely love it here! We’ve been residents since October and we couldn’t be happier. Maintenance is very quick to fix any minor things - shoutout to Cody. He went above and beyond and is always so pleasant to see around the building. The amenities are wonderful - we love the pickleball court and pool area. The leasing staff and front desk are also fantastic and very responsive. Couldn’t recommend enough.
