This is my second review of Niagara seed bank. I have used this seed bank for a while now and had my 1st problem with germination. Julie was fantastic, I told her I had an issue and she sent me 2 packs to replace a few seeds that didn't pop. There was a mail strike at the time and I did not receive the replacement seeds right away. I called Julie and I'm not she sent me another shipment or the seeds just arrived shortly after either way I was verry happy with our exchanges. I have been doing business with Julie and Rick for many yrs off and on.they always make you feel welcome and loved . Ok the good news is they really go out of there way to satisfy the customer. I almost always have a 100% germination rate with these guys . I'm not the guy to complain and have only once a very long time ago had a poor turn out but these guys replaced the seeds .and the world was great again !!! The friendliest staff you'll meet, and that paired with their knowledge is amazing. Normally I'll always ask them for recommendation based on the type of strain I want. I've now been with them for 10 years (I buy 3 or 4 packs yearly) and I've only had one pack not sprout. I'd say that is quality seeds. When I called them about that, they quickly fixed the problem. I'd only trust Niagara Seed bank to honour their products.
