love this building and the location but the management is a disaster. In the short time we have been tenants - the parking lot was flooded and impassable for a week because the retention pond wasn't properly maintained. The internet was offline for a week (allegedly bc the bill wasn't paid), the air conditioning was off for several days while they "waited on a status update from corporate" and now they have taken to turning off the a/c if the building is closed (i.e for a holiday that not everyone celebrates). something is ... read more
