I would leave zero stars if I could. We lived here for one year and there were a lot of problems with the area and the complex. When we moved in the apartment was clearly not thoroughly cleaned so we had to do a deep clean ourselves before we could move in. When moving in the garbage disposal was not working, the shower drain was clogged, and the towel rack was broken. They also failed to mention one of the 2 bedrooms is not a true "bedroom" because it has a barn door and not an actual door, we moved from out of state and di... read more
They could do a better job with their parking Arrangements. Also security is a little loose. Other than that the space inside the apartments is really nice, Maintenance is on it. I would strongly suggest parking nowhere in the actual apartment complex though the first week I live there my car's Windows got broken twice.
I've quite enjoyed living at Nexus PDX. The maintenance came into my apartment and saw cannabis paraphernalia and threatened me with eviction, as it is forbidden to smoke anywhere on the premise. (I don't smoke in my house but will leave a roach in an ashtray after I've been out for a joint.) The group chat is a great way to help my neighbors out while maintaining anonymity.
