I'm still trying to decide if I want to move to this property or not, but I had to give a huge shout out to Wendy the leasing agent. She took me on multiple guided tours to various properties I was just an amazing guide the entire time! If I do decide to move into one of anchor Northwest properties it will be because of her
I'm simply the cosigner on my son's apartment there, but he has no complaints whatsoever! And problems are taken care of by maintenance very quickly. The common room and deck are just a great addition, too!
One star for every week that will go by without your apartment smelling like a cheap hotel due to smoking
Second edit: I spoke with the COO who reached out after this review. They are now evicting people who have pride flags in their windows. They claim it’s based off a “content neutral position” listed in the lease but the lease says no such thing. Edit: Jill Clark has now compared flying a pride flag to a Nazi flag. Definitely stay far away from this property company. This building is terrible. In the year and a half that I lived there, my floor alone saw at least five evictions. People were constantly coming and going; manage... read more
