Worst thing to happen to Berkeley county....good luck leaving your neighborhood. This place is a joke I would have rather they left the "protected" wetland. Plus you better hope your home doesn't end up in a sinkhole since they just filled in the swamp and slapped houses in there.
Built a forever home here five years ago, what a mistake!!! Over crowded, and poor planning. Roads are a death trap, lawsuits have already happened because of the poor leadership and because the developers only care about $$$$$$$$$.... People have died on Nexton Blvd because of the poor planning by the developers and leadership!!! And because of the people who have been killed, the lawsuits have already increased our fees.
