It was an awesome experience with getting my metabolism exercise VO2 max Test done here, Melvin was fantastic Very patient and very knowledgeable he gave me some amazing pointers around my form as well as context of the test that were being done I’m looking forward to getting better in the areas that were marked for improvement.
