Applied here to rent and when my husband went to complete his side of the application, their software rental program was having major issues. Issues that MARIA was not helpful with. However, I was told to pay the fees and see if my husband could complete his application online, well that didn't work either, but they processed my side of the rental application and of course, I got denied. still never got my holding deposit if 200$ back and everytime i call she says a couple days but it’s been 2 in a half weeks !!!!!
Quick response time to my maintenance request and repair. The maintenance man was professional and quiet while I was working from home.
It's been weeks and they haven't been able to fix the pool, it's freaking hot outside and I don't think we're getting any discount in our rent for the inconvenience. We get charged for the "amenities"
