Quick response time to my maintenance request and repair. The maintenance man was professional and quiet while I was working from home.
It's been weeks and they haven't been able to fix the pool, it's freaking hot outside and I don't think we're getting any discount in our rent for the inconvenience. We get charged for the "amenities"

I just want to say thank you to Maria for being such an Awesome manager. I came to her about a horrible noise I was hearing in my bedroom and bathroom, she showed so much concern and made me feel heard. She had Danny from maintenance come hear the noise. He cared that the noise was driving me crazy. He fixed it so fast and I'm so thankful . He came by a few days later just to check on me to make sure I wasn't hearing the noise anymore. That meant a lot to me! I think The Newport has a great team to take care of this place .
Whatever you do not move here. The company and people who work in the office are slumlords. It's best to find an apartment that is not managed by Investment Concepts. I requested for some water dripping from the apartment above me to be inspected. It took 3 months for someone to fix it. The leasing office did nothing till I called the property manager. After they did a mold test I was told me move out right away and given another apartment. Now they gave me another place but I need some repairs done and the leasing office is... read more
