Applied here to rent and when my husband went to complete his side of the application, their software rental program was having major issues. Issues that MARIA was not helpful with. However, I was told to pay the fees and see if my husband could complete his application online, well that didn't work either, but they processed my side of the rental application and of course, I got denied.
