I worked with Mike Newmann at Evergreen Home Loans and can say that he works very hard for his clients and is very knowledgeable about programs. He really goes above and beyond for ALL of his clients. I respect the way he is with his clients so much I referred my parents to him. I knew he would treat them as if they were his parents. This team is Awesome!
Mike and his team have done a superb job for all of my buyers. In one recent incident where there were multiple offers, the other agent literally told me even though the offers were all about the same she went with ours because Mike was the lender and he is awesome (and she really trusts me as well) and the reverse happened where I was the listing agent with similar multiple offers and I encouraged my buyers to choose the offer because Mike was the lender and HE ALWAYS GETS THE JOB DONE:) Perfect at updating and keeping ever... read more
My son and I purchased a new home last August and Michael and his team were very wonderful! I had some issues that hadn't been finalized and the Newman Group advised me and helped me get it resolved. Mike Newmann and the Evergreen team did the loan on our house a little over 3 years ago. Now they just did our refinance. Both times were great experiences and easy working with them. Always helpful and nice. I would totally recommend them to anyone.

We had our first visit with Michael today. Wow. So welcoming and accommodating. We brought our 2 kids with us, and they were very accommodating. Michael wasn't phased by having 2 little ones playing while we met to talk finances. The office is incredibly clean and inviting. Michael was warm and very clear and open about the mortgage process. He answered all our questions and helped guide us through the beginning stages of pre-approval and helped us to know what to expect next. We are so happy we chose the Newmann Group.
