Terrible service and maintenance company. Nothing is never done pond is a mess weeds over 5 foot tall looks like a jungle

I have sent 2 requests to have my fence repaired as well as the front gutters cleaned . My new request is to have the backyard reseeded as there are several areas without grass. The backyard is very patchy and unattractive. I just sent another email today but it said there was an error and did not go thru after multiple attempts. It seems it is impossible to get a response or a call back from this company. Its very frustrating. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I would think at $278 a month they could at least re... read more

I have been a resident of a TNG association for a year and a half and have been less than thrilled with anything they have offered to our community. They don't respond half of the time when you have a concern or question. I have had to contact the company multiple times about things that shouldn't need reminded, like simply cleaning out the gutters or reattaching siding that has blown off. In your particular roof situation, the roof is under warranty by the roofing contractor that installed the roof and we are at the mercy of their schedule to get the work done.
