I love my bike! Thanks Matty!
Matty is amazing to say the least. If anything goes wrong with my bike again, I'll head back here (and nowhere else, EVER) for repairs. I'd had a problem which many other stores in/around Broad Ripple had put a band aid on, meaning I constantly had to tend to the same problem. Then I went to Matty, who really fixed my bike, and I've been riding happy now for months. Support this store, it is the BEST!
Needed a tube for a bike I'd been repairing. I called the shop after hours and owner called me back just a few minutes later & even set up a special time outside of normal hours for me to come pick it up. Will definitely go back for future needs.
The owner is rhe best guy you can find. He enjoys his job and is very friendly.
Mattie is the kind of man you want working on your bike. He's friendly, helpful, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. I had an emergency, and was unable to patch my totally flat tire; fortunately, I was able to reach Mattie, and he met me within 10 minutes at his shop and had me on my way in under half an hour. Shop here confidently, knowing you are supporting a business owner who cares about community and is always willing to help out someone in need.
