I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Edition for a work event, and I was blown away by the hotel's staff hospitality and attention to detail! Special thanks to Sam, the events manager, who helped our group so much! he handled so many last-minute requests, no matter how big or small they were! I loved my stay at The Edition and hope to be back next time I'm in NYC!

Room were small but modern. Service was subpar for a 5 star property - no help with bags at check in or check out into vehicles. System also continuously generated erroneous charges and nontransparent which led to a headache for me to clarify - this included them trying to add charges after check out that were different from what was finalized when I checked out (not room damages, but rather random charges that they argued later weren’t covered by resort credits, breakfast overages, etc).

Excelente Ubicación al lado de Madison Park. Yo me he quedado varias veces en este hotel . Estuve hospedado 3 días por la final del mundial de futbol. Demasiado alto el precio por noche a su usual precio. El servicio muy malo. El servicio de bar y en especial el servicio de desayuno terrible. Demorado y desordenado. Me dio la sensación que los cuartos ya tienen bastante desgaste . Son detalles pero se notan bastantes daños pequeños. Se empieza a notar el desgaste en el lobby y en los cuartos.
