Fancy Toto cammodes with push buttons on the wall… that stopped working. I was just in NYC for 1 night so didn’t have time for them to fix it. I’m sure they’d be on it right away. I instead used a trashcan, filled it in the sink and poured it in the bowl to flush the toilet. It seemed odd for paying $1200 a night.
Eli was amazing and so helpful throughout our check in process. The edition is the best and he in particular helped make our stay so amazing and memorable - Thank you Eli!!
Room was nice. The lobby bar was a joke. Pretentious and non-existent service. Silly to pay a $35 resort fee.
We’ve stayed at The New York Edition twice now, and both times we were greeted by Paola at the front desk. She’s one of those people who just makes you feel welcome right away. Super professional, kind, and really on top of everything. She made sure we were taken care of from the minute we walked in. We also want to mention Benito from guest services. He was great.
